1. What Blur is for
Blur is a place to post what you make — photography, fashion, fitness, art, music, film, comedy, behind-the-scenes and anything else — and to be paid when fans unblur it. Every post starts blurred, so the blur is a promise: a post has to be what its title, preview and price say it is.
2. Never allowed
Minors. Blur is for adults, and no one under 18 may appear in a post — nor anyone who looks under 18 — and nothing may sexualise minors in any way, whether photographed, drawn or generated with AI. Child sexual abuse material is removed at once, the account is closed, and we report it to the competent authorities.
3. Nudity and sexual content
Blur is not an adult platform. No nudity, no sexual acts, and nothing made for sexual gratification — whether photographed, drawn or generated with AI.
Swimwear, lingerie, fashion and fitness are welcome, as long as nothing intimate is exposed or see-through. If a post would need an 18+ warning anywhere else, it does not belong on Blur.
4. Consent and real people
- Everyone you can identify in a post agreed to be in it, and to be in it on Blur.
- Never post intimate or private images of anyone without their consent.
- Do not pretend to be someone else, and do not post someone else's work as your own.
- Do not use AI or editing to depict, imitate or resemble a real person — including by using their name.
5. Made with AI
AI personas are fictional adults, always. Everything posted from AI Studio is labelled as AI-generated automatically; anything else you make or substantially alter with AI, you mark as made with AI when you upload it. Never present an AI persona as a real person, on Blur or anywhere you share it. The full rules are in Terms, Section 11.
6. Honest selling
- The title, the blurred preview and the price describe what is actually behind the blur.
- No spam, no fake engagement, no scams and no misleading offers.
- Do not repost the same content to game the feed or the Reward Pool.
7. Violence, hate and harassment
No real violence, no terrorist or violent extremist content, no crime or other illegal acts, and nothing that encourages or glorifies them. No threats, harassment or bullying, and no attacks on people for who they are — their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
8. Reporting, and what happens next
Every photo, clip and profile picture uploaded to Blur is checked automatically. A post the check flags (for nudity, sexual content, a possible minor, graphic violence, terrorist or hate symbols, or a crime) is held, unpublished, until a person on our team has looked at it. What the check does and does not do is set out in Trust & Safety.
Report a post from its menu. A person on our team reviews every report; we tell you that it arrived and what we decided, and we do not tell the creator who reported them.
If we remove a post, or do not publish one the check held, the creator is told which rule it broke, what we found and how to contest the decision. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to the account being suspended or closed. To contest a decision, write to hello@blur.fan within six months. How moderation works is set out in Terms, Section 10.
